We are proud to offer fast and reliable delivery anywhere in the continental United States.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a second email with your tracking number.
We work with UPS and other trusted carriers via our logistics partner ShipBob, based in Texas, USA.
🚚 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and volume of orders during peak periods.
Note: We currently do not deliver to the following locations:
Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), APO/FPO addresses.
💳 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All rates are shown before payment.
📍 Track Your Order
Once your package ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

❌ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of the Glow Brush, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and unboxed.
This ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all our customers.
Exception:
If the package was returned by the carrier (e.g., undeliverable, refused, incorrect address), we will process a full refund minus the shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@gvobeauty.com with photos and your order number. We’ll review each case carefully and offer a solution.
